"Lion Skin Pack" is an excellent customization pack for Windows XP created by "hameddanger" which transforms the OS into Mac OS X Lion.

This pack changes almost everything in OS to transform it into Mac OS X Lion. It changes login screen, boot screen, wallpaper, theme, start button, icons, etc. It also installs a few utilities to provide Mac functionality.

For Windows XP:

It can be installed in all Windows XP, Media Center Edition and Server 2003 editions. It supports SP1, SP2 and SP3. It supports both 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
